Give directions that reach the correct villa
A Canggu booking works best with a precise map pin and the property name used by reception or your host. Include the lane, villa number and any gate instructions rather than sending only the neighbourhood. If your accommodation is in Berawa or Pererenan, say so at the start of the conversation. Similar property names and private entrances can complicate a visit. Let your host know a nurse is coming, and nominate someone who can answer a call if the driver needs help finding the final turn or entering the property.
Bali Belly support while you stay indoors
If stomach symptoms have kept you in your room, describe them before selecting a Bali Belly package. Our two listed options have different fluid volumes and ingredients, so the higher price is not a reason to choose one automatically. Mention when symptoms began, whether you can drink and any medicine already taken. The medical team will assess whether a mobile visit is suitable. If several people at your villa are ill, give individual details; sharing a meal does not mean every guest needs the same care or the same infusion.
Hangover and hydration enquiries in Berawa
For a morning-after enquiry, explain how you feel and whether alcohol, poor sleep or another issue may be involved. Elite Hangover has a published price and formulation, while Energy Boost and immunity packages contain different ingredients. They are not interchangeable labels for feeling better. The clinician can discuss whether fluids or medication are appropriate after assessment. Do not plan to drive or return to drinking on the strength of a booking. A mobile visit provides a place to discuss care, not a guarantee that you will recover before a scheduled activity.
Arrival estimates for Canggu and Pererenan
The service’s estimated nurse arrival is 30-45 minutes after confirmation, subject to traffic, location and availability. That estimate becomes meaningful once we have the exact address and can confirm a nurse. It is separate from assessment and treatment duration. Share any deadline, such as hotel checkout, before agreeing to a visit so the team can discuss whether the schedule is practical. If the timing changes, keep your contact number reachable. For an urgent or worsening medical problem, seek appropriate care immediately instead of treating the arrival window as an emergency response.
Local transport and published package prices
Canggu is one of our published free-transport areas, together with Kerobokan, Cemagi, Seseh and Seminyak. For an address described as Berawa, Pererenan or another nearby neighbourhood, send the location and ask the team to confirm the transport terms rather than assuming a boundary. The table lists per-person package prices from the existing menu. Add-ons are separate, and a group should ask for its combined total before confirming. There is no need to guess a transport surcharge or choose an add-on just to submit a booking request.
Prepare a comfortable place for assessment
Choose an indoor room where you can sit or lie comfortably and speak with the nurse. Let the team know about stairs, restricted access or other practical details in advance. Keep your medication information available and explain allergies or health conditions. Care is provided by licensed nurses with STR/SIP credentials, using BPOM-registered medicines. Ask questions about the proposed treatment and give consent only when you understand it. Your villa setting should make the visit more convenient while leaving enough time and space for the medical checks to take place.
Submit and review your Canggu visit request
Use the booking link to select a listed treatment for each patient, then enter the visit details and review the request. The final action opens a WhatsApp draft; you still send it there and wait for the team’s confirmation. Ask the team about the listed packages if you are unsure how their ingredients differ. Keep the confirmed time and any transport agreement in the conversation. After a visit, follow the clinician’s instructions and seek further evaluation if symptoms persist or become more serious.
